The Automatic Group is an energetic customer focused company dedicated to finding cost effective and reliable solutions to meet the needs of our customers and their business objectives. Established in 1981 as Automatic Sprinkler this fully Irish owned and managed company started as a fire protection company. In 2010 the company extended its fire protection portfolio with the inclusion gas suppression and fire alarm systems following Tyco's (Mather < Platt) decision to withdraw from the Irish market. In 2015 we created a new Division called Automatic Passive Fire Solutions.

Automatic Passive Fire Solutions offers a comprehensive range of Fire seal services and products. Our dedicated and experienced staff can offer efficient installation and a range of Passive Fire Protection materials. What is Passive Fire Protection / Compartmentalization?

The sub-division of a building into separate compartments through the use of walls and floors made of fire resistant material for use in:

• Shopping Centres
• Communications and Broadcasting Facilities
• Commercial Buildings, Computer Rooms
• Power Stations and Control Rooms
• Flats, apartment blocks,
• Prisons, Hospitals and Hotels
• Airports, Retail centers, Industrial Buildings, Plant Rooms, etc.

Our service department can provide an ongoing maintenance plan for your business, including annual testing, service and repair work, filter change reminders and much more.

Our team has over 120 years’ experience in providing fume extract and waste management solutions and have successfully completed projects in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, chemical, electronic, petrochemical, industries including educational , research and food manufacturing facilities. These systems meet the requirements of all the major standards and approval authorities such as EN 14175, DW154 and EN858. We measure ourselves on our ability to deliver high quality Fume Extract and waste management solutions on time, within budget and create long lasting partnerships with our clients throughout the entire life cycle of your system.

At Automatic Passive Fire Protection Solutions, Safety is our number one priority.

As a company, our aim is to that ensure both our employees and the employees of our clients, while on site, are working in a hazard free environment. All of our employees are 'Safe Pass' Certified and receive regular training updates.

The Safe Pass Programme is aimed at all construction site personnel, including new entrants, to ensure that they have a basic awareness of health and safety.

As a testament to our commitment to Safety, we were officially recognised for our Safety Commitment by Janssen Pharmaceuticals for maintaining an exemplary safety record over 20 years of site maintenance. We also received recognition for over 500,000 man hours accident free on their P3 Project.
